The 2020 Ford F-150 release date is set for Fall 2019. Ford has already updated their website to show the 2020 F-150 instead of 2019.

2020 Ford F-150 Interior Amenities
We expect that the 2020 Ford F-150 will feature a similar interior design to the current lineup. Since the 2019 Ford F-150 is available in three body styles: Regular, SuperCab and Supercrew, we must anticipate the same with the new models. The Regular seats three adults, while the others provide room for five to six.
Standard technology on every 2020 Ford F-150 will include a
4G LTE Wi-Fi hot spot. The Limited trim also includes leather upholstery to
provide the luxury you desire after a hard day at work. Don't forget the Ford
CoPilot 360 system which consists of all the safety and driver-assist
technologies you could want.
2020 Ford F-150 Exterior Features
Just like with the interior, we expect that the 2020 Ford
F-150 will remain similar to the current 2019 model. This means we have three bed
options to choose from. Expect the same 5.5-, 6.5-, and 8-foot lengths. In
addition, there will be available stow-able loading ramps plus move-able
tie-downs to make any task easier. If we get the same exterior color options,
we will have 13 to choose from.
